Our mission is to unlock the limitless potential of leaders and the spaces they shape—organizations, communities, and industries. We cultivate visionaries who drive meaningful impact while staying deeply aligned with their purpose. Through transformative coaching, strategic alignment, and leadership development, we empower individuals to lead boldly, innovate fearlessly, and create cultures where people thrive.
We envision a future where human potential is the most valued asset in every organization and community. A world where individuals are not just participants in change, but catalysts for it—breaking through barriers, embracing growth, and creating a ripple effect of transformation across the people, teams, and communities they touch.
As the founder and CEO of Life Under Innovation, Tanisha Parrish is a visionary business strategist, executive coach, and cultural architect dedicated to unlocking human potential. Combining strategic insight with human-centered design, she empowers individuals, teams, and organizations to navigate complex challenges by placing people at the center of transformation.
Over the past two decades, Tanisha has spearheaded transformational change across global enterprises and high-growth startups. Most recently, she served as the Global Director of Coach Learning Development and Experience at VC-funded start-up BetterUp, where she was responsible for the growth and development of an international community of over 2,000 professional coaches overseeing training and development, quality, ethics, communications, and community.
In addition to her business background, she brings over 10 years of professional coaching experience, specializing in behavior change and growth through a design thinking approach. Her methodology breaks through personal, professional, and organizational barriers, making creativity and experiential learning the foundation of development.
